On the pleasant day of Monday, August 8th, 2016 over more than 100 real estate professionals with Nelson Shelton Real Estate Powered ERA have the honored of being hosted by Metropolis Downtown LA with lunch, training, and tour led by Wilson Chuire. Here’s a brief description of this odyssey :

Slated for completion in two phases, the first phase comprises a 38-floor condominium tower with 308 total homes, and a 350-room upscale hotel. Phase II will see Metropolis’s two tallest condominium towers, one with 514 total homes across 40-floors, and the other with 733 total homes across 56-floors. First move-ins are slated for the end of this year.
